I was not sure what I was in for when I signed up for the session. However, I was thoroughly impressed! I have learned a lot about my muscles since 2001 as I deal with chronic pain. I am interested in learning more, especially for SI joint and sciatic pain, knee pain, as well as chronic headaches and migraines. It would be great if there’s a workshop to explore more of this!
